How to get support

How it Works
Step 1:
Once on the phone, you will be directed back to this page.
Step 2:
You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. Download our Remote Support tool by clicking the blue TeamViewer button below Step 4.
Step 3:
You will then receive a unique ID and password. With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard once you provide the ID and password.
IMPORTANT:
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
Step 4:
Your support representative will troubleshoot and work with you to find a solution.
